The Butterfly Collection is a series of prints on the colour plates from a book on butterflies. The images for the mono prints are taken from newspapers. The work draws a parallel between our relationship with media images (and their accompanying stories) and the questionable activity of collecting, categorizing and displaying of butterflies.
